Charging infrastructure and CPO services
Hardware, installation and operation of charging points at business sites in Belgium and neighbouring European countries.
For Arrive / EasyParkPartnership exploration
Blulinc is an integrated CPO and eMSP in EV charging. We would like to explore a direct integration with the Arrive / EasyPark backend, so Blulinc app users can pay for parking natively in the Blulinc app, using Arrive's parking infrastructure and payment flow behind the scenes.

Blulinc has been active in the EV charging market for the past five years. We provide an integrated CPO and eMSP proposition, primarily for B2B customers, while also serving B2C users.
Belgium is our core market, and we also deploy charging solutions at business sites in neighbouring European countries. Through our eMSP proposition, our users reach close to one million public charging points across Europe with the Blulinc charging card and app.
Hardware, installation and operation of charging points at business sites in Belgium and neighbouring European countries.
Charging card, mobile app, European network coverage and customer support, all under the Blulinc brand.
Sessions, costs and locations in one place, for drivers as well as fleet and finance teams.
Prepaid charging solutions that we increasingly bring to market with European resellers and partners.
Companies define budgets, geographical restrictions, eligible locations and reimbursable cost components, applied automatically per session.
Direct roaming relationships with other CPOs and eMSPs, instead of relying on a third-party platform for European access.
Blulinc manages its own roaming relationships and network connectivity. That gives us control over coverage, pricing and the quality of the end-user experience across Europe.
Our platform is API-first and documented. We decide ourselves which customer requirements and additional services we integrate, rather than being limited to a fixed, closed platform.
Charging rules are applied automatically to each session, so budgets, locations and reimbursements are handled without manual administration on either side.
We are also increasingly working with European resellers and partners around our digital and prepaid charging proposition, which gives us access to a growing and geographically diverse base of EV drivers across Europe.
The opportunity
Our customers increasingly expect one seamless mobility experience, rather than separate apps and payment flows for different mobility services. Users stay in the app they are used to. By offering parking inside that app, we improve the experience, we make users happier, and we create more value and additional revenue for Blulinc and our partners.
A direct integration with the Arrive / EasyPark backend, allowing Blulinc app users to pay for parking natively through the Blulinc app, while using Arrive's parking infrastructure and payment flow in the backend.
For the user, the benefit is simple: one trusted app for both charging and parking.

Drivers use the app they already know. No second account, no second payment flow, no switching between apps at the barrier.
Charging and parking in one relationship makes the Blulinc app more useful every day, which raises engagement and retention.
Arrive monetises additional parking volume through an existing backend, Blulinc adds a service line on top of its charging proposition.
Our growing base of EV drivers through direct customers, resellers and partners is essentially the same end-user community that is relevant to Arrive.
We are not looking to develop a separate parking proposition ourselves. We want to combine Blulinc's existing EV charging customer relationship, software capabilities and European eMSP reach with Arrive's parking infrastructure and expertise.
Our API-based architecture and our ability to integrate additional services provide a solid basis for this cooperation. We would like to understand how Arrive's backend and integration framework can support this type of use case.

Starting with API connections for a native payment flow, and from there looking at access technologies our users already carry.
A direct backend-to-backend integration so starting, stopping and paying for a parking session happens inside the Blulinc app, on the payment methods our users already have with us.
Our users already carry a Blulinc RFID card for charging. If the same card can open a parking barrier, there is one credential for both services and no extra hardware to distribute.
Where ANPR is available, entry and exit could be fully hands free: the plate is linked to the Blulinc account and the session is billed automatically, with no card and no ticket.
For now, this is the scope we would like to focus on. Other opportunities, such as cross-promotion or broader collaboration, can certainly be considered at a later stage. Our next step is an introduction to Alexej, to discuss technical and commercial feasibility together.
